In order to add Microsoft Outlook 2016 Administrative Template in Group Policy, First, download the Administrative template from Official  Microsoft Website.

Run the Administrative Template Executableand Extract the files into appropriate folder location. After extraction there will be two folders named as “admin” and “admx” respectively.

 

  1.  If you are using the Central Store for Group Policies i.e. that your domain controller, copy the contents of admx & language folder (i.e. eng-us) folders to \\domain\sysvol\Policies\PolicyDefinitions.Note:- Make sure you copy the admx language files into respective language folder in Policy Definitions.
  2.  If you are using the local computer repeat the above steps however copy the contents into C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions Folder.

Re-open the Group Policy Object Editor and you should have the Microsoft Outlook 2016 Administrative Template in Group Policy Editor
